An Experienced Senior Team

Link Financial’s senior management team is drawn from backgrounds including some of the world’s leading professional service providers, banks, consulting firms and financial institutions.

Brendan Keogh, Director

Brendan established Everyday (which is now Link Financial) in 2007 through the acquisition of Citifinancial Europe’s Irish finance book. He was responsible for pricing, acquiring and collection of €600m of portfolio acquisitions in under 3 years. Brendan was previously COO of Finance Ireland and has also held senior management roles in Connacht Court Group, Aer Rianta International and Practical Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Selina Burdell, Director

Selina Burdell is a co-founder of Link Financial Group and LCM Partners where she is Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for operational and business planning strategy and implementation, including proprietary systems development and management.

Selina has been instrumental in building out the Group’s European footprint and capability across 14 offices including the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany and Italy. This has been achieved through organic growth and business acquisition. Prior to founding Link in 1998, Selina was Head of Systems & Administration at Octagon where she was responsible for establishing and running the models and operational systems to manage and control its investments.

Adrian Cloake, Director

Adrian Cloake is Chief Investment Officer of LCM Partners and a Director of Link Financial Group. He is responsible for investment strategy and day to day investment management oversight. This includes the evaluation and management of NPL portfolio investments and corporate development opportunities in the UK and across Europe. Adrian has been instrumental in growing the Group’s loan business.

Prior to joining in 2002, Adrian was with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance advising on private equity transactions, including Link’s raising of venture capital in 1999. Adrian is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a Securities Institute Diploma.
